This unit starts supervision process mothers in case of certain maternal diseases or extra risks that emerge during the pregnancy For example; patients with heart diseases and/or hypertension are closely monitored throughout the pregnancy.
Individuals with pregnancy-related complications, multiple pregnancies, recurrent miscarriages, RH incompatibility, premature births and cephalopelvic disproportion etc. are followed up in this clinic.
Considering the increased life expectancy both in our country and around the world, menopause and post-menopausal period covers one third of a woman’s life and the health problems specific to this period are addressed separately. Postmenopausal women are provided with healthcare services to manage the physical changes caused by this physiological event and the aging-related risks and to diagnose the health problems that may impair quality of life in early stage, treat them and reduce relevant risks. The purpose is to boost the quality of life. A high-quality life means happiness.
